Rincón Breaks Black Mineral Wash T

I created this small line of shirts and totes reminiscent of some weird times in my life. The Rincón Breaks T is a slightly salty nod to the overcrowded surf breaks of Rincón. As a long time surfer of this town I see the frustration of the locals that call these waves home. During season it's a shitshow out there and this shirt is created for those locals that want a shirt to do the talking for them. 

As an artist I am invigorated by the opportunity to make a life somewhere I love and I am humbled to have an audience of people to see my work around town. I want to create things that make people think about their existence here, sometimes that is uncomfortable, but I believe also a necessary part of society.
 
These days my opportunities have taken me in more of a digital direction which is challenging because at my core I like getting my hands into my paint. Working as a graphic designer and illustrator has been a fun pivot in my art making journey but I am looking forward to some time back in the studio. To help fund my new studio I have created this line of shirts and totes and I hope you consider picking up an item or two.
